Backstory
I was found on the streets in Tucson, completely blind, but with eyes. I had been out there for so long hat my hair was so matted I couldn’t even walk. I was taken to a shelter where I was terrified, and the AZ Cocker Rescue (a truly wonderful organization) found me and I stayed with them for a bit. I was still super scared because there were so many dogs and I was traumatized from being a stray. My mom saw me on the Internet and knew she had to meet me. So when she met me a couple of weeks later, I went home with her that same day!! After a couple of months, it was clear that my eyes were very painful, and kept getting poked, so they were removed. What a relief! I felt sooooo much better! I am still a wonderful and beautiful pup inside and out, though sometimes I bonk my head! Mom has always tried to work me on words that will help me know when there is danger, but I’m too busy adventuring to listen! I think a halo would help me to not bump my head, especially if I am in a new place!!
