“Hi my name is Wanda,
I’m a foster for Rescue Dogs Rock NY …I follow you awesome and precious page…My rescue just took in a precious baby abandoned and in so much pain from mange terrible mange and the vet just discover he is blind.
Ralphie has been trying to get to his things but he stumble in everything one of the fosters in NY have him and she’s heartbroken when she sees him walking like that..I’m praying we can get a Muffins Halo for him to improve his new life…in loving hands thanks so so much.”
