“Becca didn’t mind the Muffin’s Halo at all and maneuvered around really well. The halo does a good job protecting her head and most importantly, her eyes. She definitely loved the vest and the pink looks especially cute with her coloring. I think we need to adjust the halo up a bit, but that is easy to do. Good product with very good instructions. The Velcro makes it very, very easy to put on the dog.”

Backstory
Becca was found wandering the streets in rural, NC and was picked up by a kind Animal Control Officer. One of her eyes was out of its socket and the other eye has a severe case of dry eye such that she has little to no vision. Becca was not adoptable by shelter standards and no rescue groups came forward to take her, so Hart-2-Heart Rescue stepped up. Our vet remove one eye and we are treating the other with Tacrolimus to see if it can be saved. Becca also had almost all her teeth removed and her soft-palate resected so she could breathe more easily. She will be leaving the vet clinic the end of this week and going into a foster home.
