Backstory
“I got Peggy Sue from the dog shelter in 2013. She has always had a problem with getting around any where always walking in to stuff hitting her head. I’m so afraid she is gonna hurt herself she can’t see to good only shadows they say she is blind and can only see shadows.
I was recently informed that she may have meningitis and is being treated for it and that she was born with a not fully developed brain from birth and it may get get worse I feel that it will be to her advantage it will help her be able to play and get around without hurting herself if we could get a Muffin’s Halo to assist her.
