Update
“I would like to thank everyone who donated towards Katie’s Muffin’s Halo. I can’t thank you enough for giving Katie a second chance to be a normal active dog again.
Katie took some time to get use to the Halo but now has no problems in wearing it. I have even taken her for a walk and for the first time in two years has had the chance to be off her leash and have a good old sniff around.
This is all due to everyone who has donated and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”

Back Story
I got Katie as a 7 year old fully sighted dog to help me with my mental and physical disability. Since the age of 12 Katie began to develop cataracts in one eye and was fully blinded by the age of 14. After having her vet checked recently she is a healthy dog despite been an elderly dog.
