Backstory

“I have a blind and deaf 17 year old Shih Tzu who recently became totally blind with slight dementia, bumping into everything. We live in a small apartment on one floor. Have three other dogs doing fine.
I wish I could purchase a new Muffin’s Halo for Luke, but financially supporting my family of three plus four dogs and me stretched very thin.”
