Cooper is a blind 6 year old Lab/boxer mix who is good with dogs and kids. He is at Animal Services Shelter in Lake Tahoe, CA and He is not doing well there :(
Cooper was surrendered because his owners have fallen on hard financial times, or so they say, not sure that I believe them. Cooper is doing much better now that he has his Muffin’s Halo and is now running around in the yard with it. He is looking for his forever home.
