Backstory
“Marjan was a severely neglected dog that was dumped at the Sacramento County shelter. When he came into the shelter he was severely matted and his eyes were said to be not repairable shape. The County’s veterinarian felt it necessary to remove the eyes. After his surgery he was then put into foster care to heal. Then he was brought back to the shelter was adopted and then returned. When we heard about Marjan we went down and picked him up. He’s had a very rough life. Sadly he is not adjusting to his new disability very well. He is very frightened and very depressed. I believe a Muffin’s Halo would greatly improve this dog’s life.”
