Update
Hello from Blinky Hope in the UK and thank you for my Muffin’s Halo!
Backstory
Blinky Hope the sheep was born without any eyes on a farm in the UK. She cannot be used as a breeding ewe due to her condition so the farmer was going to send her to the slaughter house for meat. Myself and some other lovely ladies sponsored Blinky Hope by paying the farmer money so he would agree to letting her come and have a loving and supportive forever home at The Smallest Flock sheep sanctuary in Bath, U.K.
She has been at the sanctuary since beginning of September but is having trouble finding her way about and constantly bumping into things which is not good for her stress levels as sheep find journeys and moving stressful at the best of times. I personally run the sanctuary and I’m self funded and have been doing this, for love of sheep and all farm animals since 1997. If I can save just a handful of lives in my lifetime then I have achieved something in my time in this world.
