Update
Allie is now running free with the horses on the farm with her donated Muffind’s Halo to help her navigate safely.
Backstory
“Allie is a rescue whose previous owners lost the house they were renting and abandoned her in the house. The owners were suppose to be going to feed and take care of her every day. I never received a straight answer how a dog was suppose to last 24 hours between times. I gave up a long time ago trying to understand some things and quit trying. That is one of those things. When we got her she was flea infested, thin and massively losing hair. Then she started losing her eye sight. The vet told me that she does not have enough blood vessels to support her sight. It is a defect she has and will continue to deteriorate until she is completely blind. Now she trips over many things and walks into walls. I do not want to see her injured and think Muffin’s Halo will help her immensely and am excited you are helping get her one. Besides taking in horses, we also take in cats and dogs when needed. So far we have had up to 4 dogs at a time and we have been able to keep them until they pass away or when they have no quality of life left we have them taken care of.”
