MAGGIE IS SAVED AND RIDES OFF INTO HER FREEDOM RIDE WITH HER WINGS!
Blind and Deaf MAGGIE entered the North Central Shelter in Los Angeles as a stray a few weeks ago. (ID#A1537124) This sweet senior was scheduled to be euthanized today but volunteers were able to get reprieve until Monday.
The inside of her ears are filthy dirty and she is likely fully deaf.

We want Maggie to spend the rest of her life in a home (however much or little time that is).
Second Chances For Blind Dogs is raising funds to donate a Muffin’s Halo for her that will allow her to learn new surroundings (and a donor has offered to make up the difference).

I am crying tears of joy as I share this post with you. MAGGIE is out and safely navigating with her Muffin’s Halo wings and halo in honor of our friend Biddy who shall look after her from the little cloud in heaven he is perched on now. I cannot express enough my love and gratitude for all of YOU who support “Second Chances For Blind Dogs” We are changing the world for Blind Dogs for which I take great pride in.
