Update
Lets end our night with some good news for Ludo! His wonderful gift from Muffin’s Halo For Blind Dogs arrived & we are so grateful! Ludo is one smart cookie & he is quickly learning how it works! Thank you to his Angel for giving him the opportunity to have a better quality of life. This big guy has a whole lot of love to give!
Backstory
“The rescue didn’t know much about Ludo. He was a stray who was never claimed. He was transported from a shelter in New Mexico to a rescue in Denver, Waggin Tails K9 Rescue. The little we did know was he was a male, 2yrs and possibly blind in one eye. He is in fact blind but in both eyes, along with hip, paw and serious skin issues.
His energy level is minimal right now. Working on his health issues and confidence walking both in and out of the home.
I’m fostering an English bulldog who is blind. He’s struggling to get around the home and is frustrated and losing confidence with himself. Another foster sent me a picture of a dog wearing the Halo. I immediately knew this was THE solution for this poor pup. A donated Halo would not only be life changing for Ludo but would alleviate a small portion of cost the rescue is accumulating for Ludo’s medical care.”
