Backstory
“Murdock came to live with me 10 years ago when his original owner no longer “had time for him”. He is full of life, happy and loves to run and play. Two and a half years ago his right eye had to be removed due to glaucoma. After a short adjust period, Murdock was back to his high energy self. However, the vet informed me at the time of his surgery that we would be lucky if Murdock was able to keep his left eye for another two years since he has glaucoma in it as well. I know we are on borrowed time and I see the changes. It breaks my heart to see him bump into a door frame or hesitate to go outside after the sun starts to set because he can’t see very well.
To complicate things, since the first surgery Murdock has gone totally deaf so I am unable to give him verbal commands if he is about to bump the wall. I would love to have a Muffin’s Halo for him. I truly believe it would give him some of his confidence back and help him as he adjusts to the changes he has to face in the future.”
