Backstory

Blurry was an owner surrender. Owner was unable to care for Blurry. He was daughters pet. Daughter went to college and mom does not want the responsibility so dad brought him to us. Blurry was not very well taken care of and was filthy. We had all of his vaccinations updated because we did not get any vet records from the owners.
