Charlie says thank you to all the angels out there that are helping him regain his life… After losing his eyesight overnight completely with no warning, my little monkey is so anxious to get his halo! As his mama I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and generosity… You guys truly are angels! Thank you and God bless each and everyone of you.

Backstory: “I got Charlie when he was about 8 weeks old. He actually picked me… He kept getting out of his kennel and crawling across the floor on his belly at 6 weeks u…ntil he could crawl up into my lap repeatedly lol. He has been a happy healthy active little man until last Saturday. When he woke up Saturday morning he was completely blind.
We have since found out that Charlie has diabetes and have started him on insulin as of last night and special diabetic dog food. He won’t eat it unless I put chicken broth or vegetables steamed in with it but I am figuring out how to get him to eat the dry food. He is having serious problems getting panicked when he doesn’t know where he is.
He is bumping into everything and everyone in the house and it scares him. If he doesn’t hear my voice or if he can’t find me he definitely freaks out and then him running into things gets worse. Kind of like a pinball machine. Charlie has always been active and loves to play sach and get the kitty. He still wants to play but he can’t because he starts running into things and it makes him too scared and he goes and lays down.
It is heartbreaking as his mama to see him like this and I really feel that he would regain some of his confidence and protect his little face and eyes if he were to have one of your wonderful halos. I’m very concerned about him and can’t leave the house even to take the trash out without having a panic attack because I am so scared of what’s going to happen to him.”
