Update

“Chico tried on his Muffin’s Halo today and has been getting adjusted to it. He looks adorable in it and I’ve already seen it help him not bump into things a few times ! Thank you so much to all the angels that donate for Chico.”

Backstory 

“While being treated for what we thought was an eye infection , Chico’s eyesight began to go. It turned out he has lens luxation which had caused secondary glaucoma. Neither eyes could be saved by this time. While saving for enucleation surgery a ulcer developed which burst at the emergency vet visit. Both eyes were removed.

He has always been such a curious and playful pup. He loves meeting new people and exploring everywhere he goes. We are moving in July to a another house to accommodate his soon to be human baby sister in October. We are terrified that he will not adjust to the new house , and then have even more trouble when baby is around. I want to see his confidence come back when I take him outside and bring him to relatives houses. Every time he bumps into something he gives up and trembles in spot until I pick him up. He has a lot more to experience and with the halo I truly believe he will regain the independent , curiosity , and confidence he once had!”
