Backstory
‘Hi, my name is Charla and Frankie is my sweet fur baby. I foster dogs for a local no kill rescue. When Frankie was found walking an abandoned railroad track, rescuers asked me to take him. His right eye was bulging and he was in bad condition. The vet diagnosed him with Glucoma and he had to have his eye removed. Frankie remains blind in his left eye. We believe that due to Frankie being in his Senior years, someone left him in the unpopulated area, blind & sick, to wander off and die alone! Now that he has been under my care, he is healthy and, I hope, happy, to live a restful full life. The only thing that would help, would be for Frankie to have Muffin’s Halo!
