Backstory
I rescued a blind one and a half yr old lab mix dog who was abandoned by his owners in Buna, TX and left to wander the streets where he has numerous wounds from being attacked. I drove from the Beaumont Texas area to Buna and picked him up he was so frightened and I took him straight to the vet to be examined. They said he was born blind his eyes never formed. He is the sweetest dog but keeps running into things and I heard about you helping to provide halos for blind dogs. Is there any way you can help me with Keller? I had him neutered and fully vetted and now he needs to be able to get around without injuring himself constantly so please let me know what I need to do to help him get a halo and God bless you for all you do for these poor dogs. I help foster and rescue dogs from all around my area I have a 3 legged pittie girl who was thrown out in front of a vets office in East TX with a severely injured front leg that had to be amputated and no one would help her so I have her now
