Backstory
“Lily is 4 years old. About a year ago we noticed her starting to run into things. So we checked her eyes, pupils didn’t really dilate. We took her to the vet and they said most likely it’s genetic since both eyes went at the same time and we knew she didn’t eat anything that she was not supposed too. Within the month, she went completely blind and now when you look at her you can see the eyes shine constantly. She got depressed for a while but eventually got out of it and resumed her happy ways. Lily still plays with her toys, but she no longer runs. Lily has gained a lot of weight because of this. She is cautious when she walks, she will run into things when she gets excited. If she had a halo she might lose weight and not be afraid to run again.”
