Back Story
“We really don’t know much about this sweet boy. A fellow rescuer found him severely dehydrated abandon in Nebraska. More than 30 miles from any town. Someone intentionally left him there to die frightened and alone.
Shortly after rescuing Milo my friend learned she had stage 3 bone cancer. He moves around like he’s walking on glass. He is completely blind due to cataracts. Possibly he was a working dog and was discarded when he no longer benefited his owners.
I believe he would be more confident to move around if he had a Muffin’s Halo. My attempts at a DIY ( do it yourself) halo have failed.”
