Backstory
“A family located in the tough streets of Bridgeport, CT opened up their front door one morning to find a crate with 2 little Chi’s on their Show instructions for displaying custom content with PHP
door step. The dogs were in horrid condition. Their nails were longer than you can imagine & they were suffering from a very bad skin condition. Both dogs had missing fur, could hardly walk & were very very dirty. The family took them into their home & tried to care for them the best they could. Their health was not good & funds were low, they knew in their heart they can’t give these two girls what they need. So they went from shelter to shelter, rescue to rescue reaching out for help. Nobody could help. I was contacted on March 17th my birthday… I didn’t hesitate & said I would pick them up the following day. When I arrived the following day, the girls needed Immediate care, we went straight to the vet. Nails were cut, a full panel of blood work was done on both girls, they were giving medication for their skin condition, they would require medicated baths on regular basis & both suffered from horrible ear infections. Not only did they have a lot of health issues going on, it was discovered that Pipper was completely blind & deaf. The girls then entered foster care after their vetting. In foster they are getting the up most care… their foster mom has been doing all she can for them to make them the most comfortable they can be. After some care & love the girls are breaking out of their shell & starting to trust. They have been attending daycare daily & are enjoying playing with other dogs & playing with toys!”
