Update
Hello,
Part of me can’t believe i am writing this but wanted to touch base and tell you that we lost Rusty Saturday, our Golden Retriever love, late in the night due to an unexpected neurological event that was too great for his body to endure. ☺ As much as our hearts hurt we are settling into peace that our last gift to him was one one of eternal peace.

Backstory
We adopted Rusty from Miami Dade animal shelter when he was around 2 years old. He has been such a gentle love and as of recent, after relocating back down to South Florida, he had some routine, health issues that required an antibiotic. Towards the end of treatment he had sudden onset blindness, which has proven to be challenging for him adjusting.
Preblindness he was up and about around the house, out back in the yard walking around with pep in his step , and liked walks. Since this recent onset of blindness he is hesitant to walk around the house and or go out back. Bumping into furniture and walls, so
mostly laying on his bed.
