Backstory
“Stella was abandoned by her previous owner when the owner moved. She was turned into the shelter by the landord. She was full of mats and had terribly crusty eyes. We shaved her and I fostered her with the intention to adopt her. She is 15 years old, has 5 teeth, and a mammary tumor. On top of that she is nearly blind. Her vet said that he couldn’t see through her eyes. The shelter vet said her sight can be lost any time now. She is starting to run into furniture and walls and has fallen off the couch recently. I love her so much and adopting her was one of the best things I’ve ever done. She brings so much joy to my life and it breaks my heart to watch her try to make her way around the house.”
